A three-year commercial warranty applies where a product is used commercially.
Adhesives
The approved adhesive has been extensively tested and its proper use will result in a successful installation. Wood flooring installed with an adhesive other than an approved adhesive may result in a failed installation, so only installations made with an approved adhesive are included with this warranty coverage. The current list of approved adhesives was supplied with the product.
Relative humidity
Passport: Australia floors should be installed in environments of 35% to 55% relative humidity to prevent possible damage not covered by the warranty.
