Owners of a newly installed commercial floor were asked to register the purchase. The record captured where the flooring was installed, where it was bought, and what was bought.
What the record asked for
- Location of flooring: the company, the address and the postal details of the installation.
- Dealer information: the company and branch where the flooring was purchased.
- Product information: name of product purchased, purchase date and square feet purchased.
- Rooms installed, from a commercial list — cafeteria and dining, doctor and dental offices, nursing homes, lounge, classrooms, interior entryways, elevators, office conference rooms, retail sales floor, specialty shops, hospitality rooms and vending areas — or a residential list including kitchen, dining, living, family, hall and entry, bedroom, den and study.
- Who installed the floor, whether the job was new construction or a remodel, and why Tarkett was chosen: quality, price, installation, value, colour, species, warranty, reputation or dealer referral.
